As part of the School Project Days at the Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg, the robOTTO team offered students exciting insights into the world of robotics. The aim of the event was to make science tangible and to create a meaningful connection between school and university.

The Tomorrow Labs 2026 offered the robOTTO team the opportunity to exchange ideas with technology enthusiasts, students, researchers, and representatives from industry and society. In numerous conversations, current developments in the fields of robotics, automation, and artificial intelligence were discussed. This led to valuable connections and new perspectives for future projects.

On May 9, 2026, Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg opened its doors for this year's Study Information Day. Numerous prospective students took the opportunity to explore the campus, learn about the university's degree programs, and gain a first impression of student life at OVGU. The robOTTO team was also part of the event.

The robOTTO team at Otto-von-Guericke-Universität Magdeburg stands for creative and interdisciplinary collaboration, as well as a passion for not only studying robotics but actively shaping it.

For this purpose, the team received a new robot from pib.rocks as a kit in the form of the pib.Edubox.
